We endeavour to ensure you have an enjoyable and successful holiday. Should you have a problem or be dissatisfied please let us know by telephone or email and we will try to resolve. If you do not, then no liability for any subsequent claim will be accepted or correspondence entered into.

Will there be cleaning materials in the property?
There will be a hoover, broom and a dust pan & brush in the property. You will need to take your own cleaning materials due to Health and Safety regulations.

What else is good to take?
Bikes, scooters, kites, beach mats, beach games and any special cooking equipment you feel you may need.

Duvets, pillows, cutlery, crockery, basic cooking equipment.
Can I take my pet?
Pets by prior arrangement are welcome, but are strictly forbidden to go upstairs.
